Infra testing architect
JD:
- Drive the transformation of automated release testing for AMC and AVC platforms, leveraging expert consultancy and advanced tooling (Login Enterprise) to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient quality assurance across Client Technology's WPS Platform Tribe
- Architect and implement a next-generation automated release testing strategy for AMC and AVC, including AVCC and AMC Gen2, adapting to evolving client environments (e.g., pooled to dedicated clients, increased licensing)
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of quality gates, release processes and operational test environments
- Potential to
- Oversee the execution of continuous performance, configuration, and application testing across multiple datacenters and client types, ensuring comprehensive coverage and rapid feedback loops
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify requirements, resolve blockers, and ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, training materials, and knowledge bases to support process adoption and upskilling across teams.
- Proven expertise in release management, automated testing frameworks (Login Enterprise), and enterprise platforms (Microsoft 365, Intune)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience optimizing resource utilization and test coverage in complex, multi-environment settings.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities, with a track record of driving change and delivering measurable improvements in quality assurance.
- Experience in developing scalable QA frameworks, automating test processes, and supporting continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Automated test suites covering performance, configuration, and application validation across all operational environments.
- Optimize resource allocation and test scheduling to maximize efficiency and responsiveness.
- Create comprehensive documentation and training resources to enable team adoption and continuous improvement
