Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

Analyze regulatory and business requirements to produce timely, clear functional specifications.
Collaborate on product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the full development lifecycle, ensuring intuitive UI/UX for Cash Equities and Listed Options regulatory users.
Key features include:
- Repair Rejects via GUI
- Workflow-based functionality for regulatory audit closure supporting Trade Surveillance controls
- Capabilities to search, view, and generate Books & Records reports and trade activity reports
• working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management
• experience within working on UI/UX applications
• excellent SQL querying skills
• delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results)
• team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
• excellent written and verbal communication across different management levels
• working knowledge of trade flows and its interactions within the regulatory space
• experience with Exchange Traded Derivatives/Equity Products, lifecycle management and controls; familiarity with recent developments in financial regulation and banking
• Ideally experience as being a scrum master
