Required Skills & Experience
- 8 to 12 years of experience in middleware (WebLogic/WebSphere) and enterprise application support.
- Provide advanced support, troubleshooting, and modernization of middleware and enterprise application platforms.
- Manage and tune middleware platforms such as WebLogic and WebSphere, including upgrades and patching.
- Deep expertise in Java, .NET, C++, Citrix, and scripting (Python, Perl, shell, PowerShell).
- Experience with microservices, REST/SOAP services, and cloud modernization
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with ELK/EFK logging and monitoring tools
