Mandatory skills

• 10+ years of technology experience and 5+ years in technical architect with a focus on digital transformation initiatives
• Strong experience in driving technical assessments – assess business process and swift mapping with relevant technical options.
• Proven track record of successful technical transformation, solutioning and early value creation experience.
• Hands on experience in coding and building RPA, Power Platform, IDP, AI and Generative AI solutions
• Evaluate and prototype with cutting edge Gen AI models and tools available in the bank.
• Understanding of design and implementation of GenAI systems.
• Create scalable and functional POCs/MVP/Reusable component to present to stakeholders and accelerate buy-in.
• Good to have exposure to AIOPs and MLOPs.
• Good to have Hyper automation, Human in loop and Power Platform foundation certification
• A strong background in leading software development teams in a matrix structure, introducing and executing technical strategies
• Significant and demonstrable experience of test-driven development and using automated test frameworks, mocking and stubbing and unit testing tools
• A background in designing or implementing APIs
• The ability to rapidly and effectively understand and translate product and business requirements into technical solutions
• A background of working with code repositories, bug tracking tools and wikis
