• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) professional with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in WalkMe. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to design, implement, and optimize WalkMe solutions that enhance user engagement and streamline digital adoption. This role requires a deep understanding of user experience, web technologies, and digital transformation strategies

Mandatory Skills

- Design and develop WalkMe content including Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, ShoutOuts, SmartTips, and Surveys.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective DAP strategies.

- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure seamless user experiences.

- Provide training and documentation to end-users and internal teams.

- Monitor analytics and user feedback to continuously improve WalkMe implementations.

- Offer strategic guidance on digital adoption best practices and change management.

Good to Have Skills

• 3-4 years of experience working with WalkMe or similar DAP tools. –
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in UX design, instructional design, or business analysis is a plus.
