Role Overview:
This role focuses on building and enhancing operational resilience capabilities using the ServiceNow platform. It involves designing, implementing, and maintaining systems that ensure business continuity, risk management, and rapid response to disruptions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage an organization-wide operational resilience program using ServiceNow.
Enable real-time monitoring of risks, controls, incidents, vulnerabilities, and issues.
Integrate cybersecurity posture into resilience management workflows.
Define and prioritize metrics and dependencies for business service risks and tolerances.
Automate workflows for incident response, risk management, and compliance tracking.
Collaborate with IT, security, and risk teams to unify data and processes.
Support disaster recovery planning and execution.
Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports to improve resilience posture.
Work with stakeholders to assess current resilience maturity and define strategic improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience with ServiceNow platform, especially in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and Security Operations (SecOps).
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, observability, and availability engineering.
Experience in operational risk management and business continuity planning.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and agile environment.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
