Job Description:
1. Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services, including Azure Active Directory, App Services and Azure Virtual Machines.
2. Managing Azure resources calls for utilizing tools like Azure Portal, Azure PowerShell, and Azure CLIAzure app insights - checking the logs, failures, transactions etc.
3. Azure App services troubleshooting and Support.
4. Provide technical support for cloud-based applications.
5. Diagnosing and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
6. Windows troubleshooting and Linux are secondary.
7. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CICD pipelines.
