Detailed job description - Skill Set:

• 1. 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
• 2. Strong expertise in Service Portal, Agent Workspace, ITSM, and CSM modules
• 3. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
• 4. Experience in handling support tickets, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
• 5. Exposure to ServiceNow upgrades and version migration activities
• 6. Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data models

Mandatory Skills

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the Service Portal framework. UI/UX best practices
