You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate complex workflows into intuitive, elegant interfaces for enterprise users.

What You'll Do
Hands-on Design (Primary Focus)
  • Design end-to-end experiences from concept to delivery across web and mobile
  • Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Build and iterate interactive Figma prototypes for validation and feedback
  • Simplify complex enterprise workflows into intuitive user experiences
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality implementation
Collaboration & Product Partnership
  • Work closely with Product Owners to understand requirements and shape solutions
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, reviews)
  • Present design concepts and clearly communicate rationale and trade-offs
  • Contribute to product discovery and ideation
Design Leadership (Small Team)
  • Mentor and support 1–2 designers through feedback and guidance
  • Help maintain consistency through design systems and shared patterns
  • Set practical UX standards and improve design processes over time
Design System & Quality
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system and UI component library
  • Ensure consistency in typography, color, layout, and interaction patterns
  • Maintain high attention to usability and visual quality
Tools & Process
  • Use Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration
  • Work with Jira/Confluence to track design work
  • Leverage AI tools (Figma Make, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate workflows

Must-Have Requirements
  • 8–10+ years of UX/UI design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating SaaS / enterprise product design
  • Expert proficiency in Figma (design systems + prototyping)
  • Strong UX fundamentals (usability, interaction design, information architecture)
  • Experience working in Agile teams alongside developers
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical design solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience mentoring or guiding designers
  • Basic understanding of front-end (HTML/CSS/JS)

Nice to Have
  • Experience with user research and usability testing
  • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design
  • Experience designing enterprise platforms (e.g. GRC, security, compliance)
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and data-informed design

What We're Looking For
A pragmatic, hands-on design leader who enjoys being close to the work. You're comfortable owning design outcomes end-to-end, moving quickly in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating deeply with product and engineering.
You take initiative, communicate clearly, and bring a balance of execution excellence and lightweight leadership to a small but impactful team.
