ServiceNow Senior Developer

• Experience: 8–12 Years
• Location: Hyderabad / Remote

Required Skills & Responsibilities:

• Strong ServiceNow Development experience with ITSM expertise, Change Management, CMDB, and Integrations
• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow by gathering requirements, preparing implementation plans, creating workflows, writing JavaScript, customizing the UI, and managing groups & roles
• Manage ServiceNow instances (Development, Test, and Production), including upgrades and promotion of changes across environments
• Coordinate with other ServiceNow developers to establish development standards and deployment processes
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, email, and other relevant technologies
• Automate business processes using ServiceNow Orchestration and other relevant modules
• Manage ETL processes between ServiceNow and external systems
• Analyze business requirements and enhance system capabilities through workflow automation
• Proficient in JavaScript and HTML
• Develop reports, dashboards, and views in ServiceNow
• Create and maintain APIs and data integration processes between ServiceNow and third-party services
