Workday Adaptive Planning - Functional Consultant

About The Job:
- The Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant implements and supports Adaptive Planning (formerly Adaptive Insights) solutions for enterprise-wide planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics.
Essential Job Functions:
- Implement and configure Workday Adaptive Planning for FP&A and operational planning.
- Build planning models, sheets, assumptions, and calculation logic.
- Design and develop dashboards, reports, and OfficeConnect templates.
- Configure data integration with ERP, HCM, and other source systems.
- Implement workforce planning, sales planning, and operational planning modules.
- Conduct model optimization and performance tuning.
- Provide end-user training and documentation.
- Support month-end planning and forecasting cycles.
Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning implementation.
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes and financial modeling.
- Experience with Adaptive Integration and data loading.
- Proficiency in dashboard and report development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Adaptive Planning Certification.
- Experience with Workday Financials or HCM integration.
- Prior consulting experience in EPM/FP&A domain.
