About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Support audit activities (SOX, ISO, GDPR) and provide evidence for compliance.
- Ensure governance controls, SOD policies, and access review processes are functioning correctly.
- Maintain documentation for standards, procedures, workflows, and operational runbooks.
- Proactively monitor job failures, monitor pending tasks.
- Managed end to end user lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), ensuring timely provisioning and deprovisioning of access.
- Collaborated with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to IAM policies, standards, and governance requirements.
- Supported complete User, Entitlement, and Role lifecycle operations within Saviynt.
- Resolved customer issues within defined SLAs and delivered solutions aligned with business needs.
- Worked closely with various internal teams, taking ownership of troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of application-related issues.
