About The Job:
- Experience: 6 to 9 Years
- Skill Set: Generative AI, Python, LangChain/ADK, Prompt Engineering, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Skill to Evaluate: Generative-AI, Python, LangChain/ADK, Prompt-Engineering, Cloud-Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead end-to-end development of GenAI-based solutions, including architecture design, coding, and deployment.
- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and optimizing GenAI solutions.
- Build RAG pipelines, vector databases, and prompt optimization.
- Implement best practices in APIs, microservices, and backend components for integrating AI into production systems.
- Design, evaluate, and tune system/user prompts for accuracy, latency, and guardrails.
- Implement model versioning, testing, and monitoring for drift and performance (MLOps).
Qualifications:
Required Technical Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions.
- At least 2 years of experience leading technical teams or projects.
- Expertise in Generative AI, Python, LangChain/ADK, Prompt Engineering, and Evaluation.
- Strong experience in software development using Python.
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with coding tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, unit testing frameworks, and coding standards review.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Certifications in AI/ML, Cloud Platforms, or relevant technologies.
