Essential Job Functions:

• Manage Infrastructure Workplace Services and Compute Project Services for server infrastructure.
• Deliver compute infrastructure project services, including implementations, upgrades, migrations, and transitions.
• Provide technical expertise for system transitions, migrations, and infrastructure consolidations.
• Work independently while leading or supporting multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Perform technology refresh activities within the assigned infrastructure domain.
• Conduct system analysis, configuration management, and performance optimization.
• Improve system software performance, availability, reliability, and overall stability.
• Perform operating system and infrastructure health checks to ensure service availability.
• Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers.
• Perform server installations, software installations, updates, migrations, and decommissioning activities.
• Execute server transition activities for new client accounts and environments.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline infrastructure operations.
• Implement infrastructure changes and engineering tasks within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Design, develop, recommend, and implement new or enhanced system software, utilities, and automation processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve server management processes and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex operating system, server hardware, and software issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for recurring infrastructure problems.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and change management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver infrastructure projects successfully.
• Prepare technical documentation, implementation plans, and operational procedures for infrastructure services.
