Project Manager - Retail Domain

We are looking for Technical Program Managers with preferably Retail domain experience and excellent reporting and stakeholder management skills.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience managing and delivering complex projects across diverse business and technology domains.
• Hands-on experience delivering projects using both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to adapt the delivery approach based on business and client needs.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end project lifecycle management, including:
  • Scope definition and planning
  • Resource planning and effort estimation
  • Project scheduling and tracking
  • Risk, issue, and dependency management
  • Quality assurance and governance
  • Post-implementation review and project closure
• Excellent reporting, governance, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to provide clear project status updates, metrics, and executive-level reporting.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
