  • System Configuration: Configure and maintain core modules like Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, and Leave Management.
  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations to translate business rules into system configurations.
  • Integrations: Develop and support data integrations, APIs, and interfaces with Payroll, ERPs, and HR systems (e.g., using WIM).
