Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled React.js Developer to join our growing front-end engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing highly responsive user interfaces and modular web components. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to translate complex visual wireframes into stable, production-ready code. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in JavaScript, modern React patterns (Hooks, Context API), and performance optimization.


= Key Responsibilities
  • UI Development: Build responsive, high-performance web applications using the React.js Library.
  • Component Architecture: Design reusable, modular front-end components and libraries for future use.
  • State Management: Implement clean client-side state handling using Redux Toolkit, Context API, or Zustand.
  • API Integration: Connect and consume RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints seamlessly.
  • Performance Optimization: Audit and optimize application code for maximum cross-browser speed and scalability.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside UI/UX designers to evaluate, refine, and bring visual layouts to life.
  • Code Quality: Participate in mandatory peer code reviews and write clean, structured, and well-documented JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Testing & Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and fix runtime bugs using testing tools like Jest or React Testing Library.


Technical Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
  • Core Tech Stack: Exceptional proficiency in Core JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • React Expertise: Strong knowledge of component lifecycles, virtual DOM concepts, and React Hooks.
  • State Management: Proven experience working with workflows like Redux, Flux, or MobX.
  • Version Control: Daily familiarity with Git workflow best practices (branching, merging, pull requests) via GitHub or GitLab.
  • Build Tools: Experience configuring or working with build pipelines and packages like Webpack, Vite, Babel, and NPM.
