= Key Responsibilities
- UI Development: Build responsive, high-performance web applications using the React.js Library.
- Component Architecture: Design reusable, modular front-end components and libraries for future use.
- State Management: Implement clean client-side state handling using Redux Toolkit, Context API, or Zustand.
- API Integration: Connect and consume RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints seamlessly.
- Performance Optimization: Audit and optimize application code for maximum cross-browser speed and scalability.
- Collaboration: Work alongside UI/UX designers to evaluate, refine, and bring visual layouts to life.
- Code Quality: Participate in mandatory peer code reviews and write clean, structured, and well-documented JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Testing & Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and fix runtime bugs using testing tools like Jest or React Testing Library.
Technical Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
- Core Tech Stack: Exceptional proficiency in Core JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- React Expertise: Strong knowledge of component lifecycles, virtual DOM concepts, and React Hooks.
- State Management: Proven experience working with workflows like Redux, Flux, or MobX.
- Version Control: Daily familiarity with Git workflow best practices (branching, merging, pull requests) via GitHub or GitLab.
- Build Tools: Experience configuring or working with build pipelines and packages like Webpack, Vite, Babel, and NPM.
