About The Job:
- Client is seeking an experienced Supplier Onboarding Specialist (Contractor) to lead supplier onboarding activities for a Source-to-Pay acquisition integration program. This role will be responsible for driving supplier onboarding strategy and execution, ensuring suppliers are successfully transitioned into Adobe's procurement ecosystem while minimizing disruption to business operations
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end supplier onboarding process, ensuring suppliers are accurately registered, validated, approved, and enabled within procurement and payment systems. This role works closely with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and a seamless onboarding experience.
- The ideal candidate brings a blend of project management, supplier enablement, procurement operations, and stakeholder management expertise, with the ability to lead complex initiatives while remaining hands-on with execution
Program & Workstream Leadership
- Lead the Supplier Onboarding workstream from planning through execution and post-go-live support.
- Develop onboarding strategies, project plans, milestones, readiness criteria, and governance processes.
- Monitor onboarding progress, manage dependencies, and drive issue resolution.
- Execute supplier enablement and onboarding activities, including outreach, communications, training, and readiness assessments.
- Oversee supplier data collection, validation, and onboarding documentation requirements.
- Ensure suppliers are successfully onboarded and prepared to transact within Adobe's procurement environment.
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Compliance teams to establish onboarding processes and resolve issues.
- Manage supplier escalations and stakeholder communications.
- Identify program risks and develop mitigation plans to maintain delivery timelines.
- Track onboarding KPIs, adoption metrics, and supplier readiness milestones.
- Provide regular status updates and executive reporting to program leadership.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency and supplier experience .
- 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
- Proven experience leading supplier onboarding, supplier enablement, procurement transformation, or supplier management initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and supplier lifecycle management processes.
- Experience managing external supplier relationships and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting Source-to-Pay, ERP, or procurement technology implementations.
- Experience with supplier management platforms such as GEP, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or similar solutions.
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale integration programs.
- PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification
