About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Lead requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM and Procurement Cloud modules

Implement Oracle Fusion modules including:
- Purchasing
- Self-Service Procurement
- Sourcing
- Procurement Contracts
- Supplier Portal
- Inventory Management
- Configure and prototype Oracle Fusion solutions to support complex banking workflows
- Design multi-level approval hierarchies, cost-center allocations, and capital expenditure controls

Define integration points between Oracle Fusion and internal banking systems
- General Ledger (GL)
- Core Banking Systems
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Drive implementation of OCR technologies for invoice ingestion, contract extraction, and receipt matching
- Implement OCR solutions using Oracle Document Understanding, Kofax, ABBYY, or similar tools
- Design and deploy AI Agents/LLM-driven assistants for procurement automation
- Automate vendor inquiries and provide predictive spend analysis
- Define business rules and machine learning training models for AI-based document processing
- Ensure SCM and Procurement processes comply with banking regulations and industry standards
- Integrate Vendor Risk Assessment and Know Your Vendor (KYV) workflows into Oracle Procurement
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and data flow diagrams
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Risk, Compliance, and IT
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test script creation, defect management, and business sign-off
- Deliver end-user training and change management activities to ensure successful adoption
- Support Oracle Fusion and AI solution rollout across the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related field
- MBA – Preferred
- Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud Certification – Highly Desired
- Agile/Scrum (CSPO, Scrum Master) or CBAP Certification – Highly Desired
- Minimum 8 years of Business Analyst experience
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion SCM / Procurement Cloud implementation experience
- Mandatory banking or financial services domain experience
- Strong understanding of banking compliance, multi-entity accounting, and vendor risk management
- Hands-on experience implementing OCR solutions for automated document processing and 3-way invoice matching
- Experience designing, implementing, and testing AI Agents, Chatbots, or Intelligent Virtual Assistants
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or middleware technologies

Knowledge of banking regulatory standards including:
- SOX
- GDPR
- Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Financial audit compliance
- Strong stakeholder management, business analysis, and documentation skills
