Position: Production Engineer
Department: Production
Location: Gandhinagar
Experience: 3-4 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering
CTC: INR 27000- 35000 (Based on experience & interview performance)

Role Objective

To ensure smooth production by meeting daily production targets, maintaining quality, following safety and ISO standards, and improving production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production and achieve production targets.
• Plan and coordinate production activities.
• Ensure product quality and follow company standards.
• Solve production-related issues.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance.
• Maintain production reports, ISO documents, and SOPs.
• Follow safety rules and company procedures.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
• Train production operators when required.
• Support process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.

Key Skills

• Knowledge of production and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Basic knowledge of ISO and quality systems.
• Good MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• ERP knowledge is an added advantage.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Industry

Manufacturing, Engineering, Pharma, Medical Devices, Process Equipment, or Filtration Industry.
