Location: Work from Office - Whitefield, Bangalore
Work Week: Sunday to Friday (6-day week with Saturday/Sunday rotation)

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field with 5-8 years of experience, including 5+ years of hands-on Telecom OSS/BSS testing.
- Strong experience in Manual Testing, including test planning, test case design, test script creation, execution, Functional, Integration, System, and Regression Testing, with experience supporting automated regression testing.
- Hands-on experience with Telecom OSS/BSS applications, including CRM, Billing, Order Management, Provisioning, Inventory Management, SIP, Toll-Free, Fixed Line/Landline testing, and telecom services such as DIA, DDA, IPVPN, SaaS, and Cloud Services.
- Experience working with telecom platforms such as SingleView, MapleWave, Siebel CRM, Oracle BRM, Ericsson Order Management, ServiceNow, Nokia FlowOne, or similar systems, with proficiency in SQL, UNIX/Linux commands, JIRA, and test automation tools such as Selenium or LeapWork.
- Experience in defect management, troubleshooting with cross-functional teams, preparing test data, test status/closure reports, executing weekly regression cycles, and maintaining regression test suites.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, telecom testing best practices, and strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. ISTQB certification is an added advantage
