Roles and Responsibilities
Required Skills
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules:
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- CMDB
- Event Management (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CSDM and CMDB data modeling.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub spokes.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow update sets, application deployments, and instance management.
- Experience in troubleshooting and performance optimization.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Cloud Discovery (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with Infrastructure Monitoring tools integration.
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and Service Catalog.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery (preferred).
