About The Job:

• HCM Payroll India Tester responsible for conducting end-to-end testing of HCM Payroll processes for India payroll, validating payroll configurations, calculations, and statutory compliance while collaborating with functional and technical teams to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Experience: 2-3 Years

Essential Job Functions:

• Conduct end-to-end testing of HCM Payroll processes for India payroll.
• Validate payroll configurations, calculations, and statutory compliance.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in HCM Payroll India Testing.
• Strong knowledge of India payroll rules and statutory requirements.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HCM payroll systems is preferred.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
