Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Mechanical Design Engineers with strong expertise in CATIA and Creo for industrial product design and sustaining engineering. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in 3D modeling, 2D drafting, GD&T, tolerance analysis, DFMEA, and engineering change management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and industrial products.
• Support sustaining engineering activities, product improvements, and cost optimization.
• Create 3D models and detailed 2D drawings using CATIA and Creo.
• Perform design calculations, tolerance stack-up analysis, and DFMEA.
• Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECR), Engineering Change Orders (ECO), and product release processes.
• Develop and validate prototypes through testing.
• Apply DFX principles to improve manufacturability, assembly, serviceability, and cost.

Mandatory Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in CATIA (2D & 3D modeling/drafting).
• 1+ year of hands-on experience in Creo.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, Tolerance Stack-up, DFMEA, DFX, and Material Selection.
• Good understanding of PLM basics, ECO/ECR, and Engineering Change Management.
• Exposure to FEA tools is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
