Essential Job Functions:
- Works with customers along with appropriate internal and external resources (e.g. Cisco account teams, partners) on the strategy/deployment/optimization of Cisco services and solutions
- Assists with task/project implementation for assigned customer engagements
- Jointly creates and review project deliverables e.g.
- Design recommendations, High Level Design, Low Level Design, Implementation/Change Management Plans
- Builds and/or leverage test environments as required to solve medium complex problems and compatibility issues
- Understands how software skills and tools can be used to configure, deploy and/or troubleshoot Cisco products and solutions
- Acts as an initial focal point for problem resolution for assigned customer engagements. Provides support for proper and quick resolution of customer problems across an appropriate range of technologies.
Qualifications:
- Exp:6 to 8
Required Experience
- Experience in installation, configuration, testing and troubleshooting and/or Network solution designing of Cisco routers and switch o Excellent written and verbal communications skills, ability to communicate technology strategy and architecture approach to engineers, executives, and Cisco customers. o Strong consulting & client-facing skills to include cross-functional influence, external and internal consulting
- Must have implementation, migration and upgrade of network devices
