About The Job:
- We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Solution Architect with strong expertise in Workplace Modernization, Microsoft 365 technologies, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Platforms, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will act as a strategic technology leader, driving enterprise-scale architecture solutions, leading customer engagements, supporting pre-sales activities, and delivering transformation programs across Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems.
- Experience: 12-15 Years
Essential Job Functions:
- Design complex enterprise-scale solutions and develop multifaceted technical architecture roadmaps.
- Serve as the highest-level technical consultant for clients and technical management teams.
- Ensure all solutions conform to Enterprise Architecture standards and governance frameworks.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and provide technical leadership to supporting teams.
- Define and maintain architecture strategies for business and infrastructure domains.
- Provide technical direction and oversight for application and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Drive quality, maintainability, scalability, and extensibility of supported environments.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical and business challenges.
- Design conceptual architectures and technical solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies.
- Participate in pre-sales engagements and collaborate with sales teams and clients.
- Support opportunity identification, solution design, proposal development, and customer presentations.
- Develop technical plans, workflows, architecture documents, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
- Create Statements of Work (SOWs), effort estimates, and implementation plans.
- Lead Workplace Modernization discussions and transformation programs.
- Evaluate existing customer environments, identify gaps, risks, and service improvement opportunities.
- Recommend and implement automation solutions using Microsoft and RPA technologies.
- Lead Microsoft 365 migration initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Guide cloud adoption, governance, security, and compliance initiatives.
Qualifications:
Required Experience
- 12+ years of consulting experience with a proven track record of delivering enterprise solutions.
- Experience designing and delivering large-scale Microsoft Workplace Modernization programs.
- Strong customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience leading transition and transformation projects.
- Experience managing enterprise architecture and cloud transformation initiatives.
