Full Stack Developer

About The Job:

• We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, and modern application architectures.
• The ideal candidate will be capable of leading distributed engineering teams, driving technical decisions, designing scalable solutions, and mentoring developers while delivering enterprise-grade applications.

Essential Job Functions:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and Web Services using REST/JSON and SOAP.
• Develop and maintain modern front-end applications using Angular 11+, TypeScript, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and related technologies.
• Design, develop, and support full-stack applications using React.js and Python FastAPI where applicable.
• Lead the design and implementation of Microservices-based architectures.
• Build secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.
• Develop database solutions utilizing SQL and NoSQL databases including MongoDB.
• Implement API security using OAuth2, JWT, Authentication, and Authorization frameworks.
• Work with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, or similar technologies.
• Participate in requirements gathering sessions and collaborate with business stakeholders.
• Provide technical consultation, solution recommendations, and architecture guidance.
• Conduct technical design reviews and code reviews.
• Perform unit testing and support system testing activities.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD environments and development platforms.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.
• Facilitate technical discussions, troubleshooting sessions, design workshops, and architecture reviews.
• Identify technical challenges and propose scalable solutions.
• Set technical direction for projects and influence solution decisions.
• Provide mentoring and technical leadership to junior developers and distributed engineering teams.

Technical Skills

• Strong Java/J2EE development experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Angular 11+ and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Experience building REST APIs and SOAP-based services.
• Strong knowledge of Java Collections Framework and Java 8+ features.
• Working knowledge of OOP and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Experience with Data Transfer Objects (DTOs) and enterprise design patterns.
• Strong expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases including MongoDB.
• Experience with React.js and FastAPI.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming and concurrent processing.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with API security concepts including OAuth2 and JWT.
• Experience with messaging and event-driven systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Redis.
• Knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, MVC, and modern web development practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration environments.
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
