About The Job:

• We are seeking experienced AI/ML Engineers, Tech Leads, and QA Automation professionals with expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, MLOps, Cloud Platforms, and AI-driven application development.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong programming skills in Python, hands-on experience with GenAI and Agentic AI technologies, cloud-native architectures, AI deployment frameworks, and modern software engineering practices.

Essential Job Functions:
AI/ML & Generative AI Development

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain production-grade Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.
• Develop solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) including GPT, Claude, Llama, and similar foundation models.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and semantic search platforms.
• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions including autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, tool integration, and workflow orchestration.
• Perform prompt engineering, model evaluation, fine-tuning, and optimization activities.
• Build vector search and embedding-based applications utilizing Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or similar vector databases.
• Develop AI-powered APIs, microservices, chatbots, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Deploy, monitor, and improve AI models using MLOps and LLMOps practices.

Cloud & Platform Engineering

• Design and deploy AI/ML workloads on AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, and cloud-native platforms.
• Develop and maintain Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps, and cloud-based AI services.
• Manage infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, and Infrastructure-as-Code best practices.
• Implement containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and related DevOps platforms.
• Optimize cloud architecture, scalability, performance, and security.

Backend & Full Stack Engineering

• Develop microservice-based architectures using Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, and gRPC.
• Design scalable backend systems supporting AI model deployment and inference workloads.
• Manage relational and NoSQL databases including Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, MongoDB, Cosmos DB, Redis, and Azure AI Search.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems.

QA Automation & AI Testing

• Design and implement automation frameworks using Python, Pytest, Selenium, SQL, and NoSQL technologies.
• Create automation testing solutions for Machine Learning pipelines and AI applications.
• Develop test strategies, plans, test cases, and automation suites including:
  • Regression Testing
  • Integration Testing
  • API Testing
  • Web Application Testing
  • Data Quality Validation
• Work closely with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to validate ML pipeline quality and performance.
• Implement automation test suites within CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins environments.
• Perform API testing using Python and Postman.
• Manage testing activities across multiple environments using Agile methodologies.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead technical discussions and architectural design decisions.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Guide technology selection aligned with business goals, security requirements, and compliance standards.
• Document architectures, model experiments, validation results, and deployment procedures using tools such as MLflow and DVC.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 8+ Years

Required Technical Skills

• Strong Python programming expertise.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and related Machine Learning libraries.
• Experience with Generative AI, Foundation Models, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, and RAG architectures.
• Strong understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and advanced AI concepts.
• Experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, MCP Agents, Cortex, and related frameworks.
• Experience with Vector Databases including Pinecone, Weaviate, and ChromaDB.
• Expertise in Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, Microservices, and Backend Development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, Pandas, and NumPy.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, Model Monitoring, Versioning, Deployment Automation, and Lifecycle Management.
• Experience using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong familiarity with Git-based version control systems.
• Experience with Selenium, Pytest, API Testing, and QA Automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing AI/ML applications.
• Certifications in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Cloud Platforms.
• Healthcare domain experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Search, Cosmos DB, Redis, and advanced cloud AI services.
• Experience with experiment tracking tools such as MLflow or DVC.
• Experience implementing advanced LLM optimization techniques such as:

  • GPU Memory Optimization
