About The Job:

• We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in ReactJS, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern web application development.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions.

Essential Job Functions:

• Participate in all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle including business requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, code review, and testing.
• Build scalable applications and services using modern frontend technologies and frameworks.
• Develop and maintain extensible, high-performance APIs and user interfaces.
• Code end-to-end features independently with a strong focus on quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Gather requirements, perform effort estimation, and provide delivery timelines.
• Work closely with product owners and development teams to groom and create user stories.
• Lead architectural discussions and support implementation of scalable frontend solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and independently drive feature development.
• Bring innovative ideas and continuously improve application design and user experience.
• Establish and promote coding guidelines, best practices, and architectural standards.
• Continuously raise engineering, coding, and design standards across the team.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4-6 Years

Education

• Full-time Engineering Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer.
• Experience developing and designing client-side applications.
• Experience as a Full Stack or Frontend Developer using general-purpose programming languages.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in ReactJS and its ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Redux
  • React Router
  • RESTful Services
  • RESTful APIs
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of Core JavaScript concepts and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Expertise in:
  • HTML5
  • CSS3
  • JavaScript
  • Bootstrap or Foundation Frameworks
• Experience improving application performance and implementing frontend optimization techniques.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience writing and maintaining Unit Test Cases.
• Understanding of UI Design principles and responsive web development.
