About The Job:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning / AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Big Data processing, LLM infrastructure, MLOps, Cloud Technologies, and Microservices Architecture.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML solutions, working with Large Language Models (LLMs), cloud-native systems, and scalable distributed architectures while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems.

Essential Job Functions:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Machine Learning and AI solutions.
• Build and manage large-scale data processing pipelines using Apache Spark.
• Develop microservices-based applications and AI platforms using Python.
• Create Low-Level Design (LLD) documents based on architectural specifications.
• Implement and maintain experiment tracking and version control processes using Git and MLflow.
• Design, deploy, and support LLM-based applications including chatbots, recommendation systems, and intelligent assistants.
• Build and optimize LLM serving infrastructures using FastAPI, vLLM, and modern inference frameworks.
• Implement vector database solutions and semantic retrieval architectures.
• Develop and optimize model deployment pipelines and automated retraining workflows.
• Work with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.
• Implement observability and monitoring capabilities across AI/ML systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data science and AI solutions.
• Research, evaluate, and implement the latest Machine Learning and Generative AI technologies.
• Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ Years Relevant Experience (Preferred Total Experience: 4+ Years)

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Big Data processing using Apache Spark for large-scale analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Git and MLflow for version control and experiment tracking.
• Strong software engineering skills with expertise in:
  • Python Development
  • Microservices Architecture
  • Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Concurrency Processing
• Familiarity with Go or Rust programming languages.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools including:
  • Terraform
  • CloudFormation
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using:
  • GitHub Actions
  • Jenkins
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Service Mesh implementations.
• Knowledge of LLM serving platforms such as:
  • vLLM
  • FastAPI
• Experience with model quantization techniques and inference optimization.
• Knowledge of Vector Databases and embedding architectures.
• Experience with MLOps practices including:
  • Model Deployment
  • Model Monitoring
  • Automated Retraining
  • Lifecycle Management
• Experience with ML serving platforms such as:
  • TorchServe
  • TensorFlow Serving (TF Serving)
• Strong understanding of advanced cloud services across:
  • AWS
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of network security concepts for Machine Learning systems.
• Hands-on experience working with:
  • Hugging Face
  • TensorFlow
  • PyTorch
• Strong SQL skills and database knowledge.
• Experience working in Microservices-based architectures.
• Experience implementing Observability and Monitoring solutions.

LLM Project Experience

• Development of Chatbots and Conversational AI solutions.
• Recommendation Systems.
• Translation and Language Processing Services.
• LLM Performance Optimization.
• LLM Security and Governance.
• Generative AI solution development and deployment.
