About The Job:

• We are looking for experienced professionals across Pega Development, Python Microservices Development, and Boomi Integration Development with strong expertise in enterprise application development, integrations, API management, and cloud-based solutions.

Qualifications:
Pega Developer Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC implementation.
• Complete knowledge of Pega Process Flows and activities.
• Proficient in Pega UI elements and reporting components.
• Strong knowledge of Pega Decision Management techniques.
• Experience with integrations including SOAP, HTTP Connectors, Services, Listeners, Batch Processes, and Agents.
• Knowledge of Pega upgrade activities and Pega Mobile.
• Experience working with Pega Frameworks.
• Experience integrating Pega with databases and external systems through SOAP and REST services.
• Hands-on expertise with Pega debugging and troubleshooting tools including:
  • Live UI
  • Clipboard
  • Tracer
• Understanding of multiple environment management and deployment activities.

Python Backend / Microservices Developer Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong Python programming expertise.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI framework.
• Experience designing and implementing Microservices architectures.
• Strong experience developing RESTful APIs and applying API development best practices.
• Database design, optimization, and performance tuning experience across SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and concurrency models.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of API security including:
  • OAuth2
  • JWT
  • Authentication & Authorization
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms including:
  • Kafka
  • RabbitMQ
  • Redis

Boomi Integration Developer Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with Boomi AtomSphere Platform.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying integrations using Boomi.
• Experience building and maintaining APIs, connectors, and data transformation processes.
• Experience integrating cloud and on-premise applications including CRM, ERP, and database systems.
• Strong experience with data mapping, routing, workflow automation, and integration monitoring.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues.
• Experience optimizing performance and scalability of integration solutions.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation for integration workflows.

Required Technical Skills – Boomi

• Strong experience with:
  • Boomi AtomSphere
  • Atom / Molecule Architecture
  • Integration Processes
• Experience with connectors including:
  • Trading Partner Connector
  • SFTP
  • MongoDB Connector
  • Database Connector
  • Disk Connector
  • HTTP Connector
• Knowledge of:
  • EDI
  • XML
  • JSON
  • Flat Files
• Experience with Web Services and API Management.
• Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with:
  • Groovy Scripting
  • JavaScript
  • SQL
• Good understanding of integration concepts including ETL, EAI, and Middleware.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Boomi Certifications preferred.
• Boomi Associate EDI Certification is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Healthcare domain experience is highly desirable.
• Experience working with healthcare EDI standards including:
  • X12
  • EDIFACT
  • HL7
  • FHIR
