Human Resource Services Lead-BPS

PG- Post Graduate - Specialization in Human Resource Management The candidate should have at least 8+ years of work experience as an HR generalist preferably in a BPS environment Should have an experience managing first level managers (for Manager HRBP profile) or even second level managers for Sr. Manager HRBP profile) Should have managed a team span of 4 or more team members and 800+ employees Understands IT/ITES culture Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills Good client interfacing skills Energetic and self-driven individual, with a focus on self and team development Employee development and performance management skills. Ability to supervise and train the team, to improve organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments Good knowledge and understanding of human resources concepts, practices, systems, procedures and current trends Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments. Flexible to work in shifts
