Transition Manager - Senior Manager (SM)

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Transition Manager (Senior Manager) to lead end-to-end transition and transformation engagements, ensuring seamless migration of processes, people, and technology from client or incumbent teams into the delivery organization. The role involves driving governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and operational readiness while delivering transitions within agreed timelines, quality, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex transition programs across functions, geographies, and delivery teams.
  • Develop and execute transition plans, governance frameworks, and project schedules.
  • Manage client stakeholders and provide regular updates on transition progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Drive knowledge transfer, process stabilization, and operational readiness activities.
  • Identify and mitigate transition risks, issues, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with delivery, HR, technology, finance, and recruitment teams to ensure successful onboarding and ramp-up.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, quality requirements, and transition methodologies.
  • Support business growth through solutioning, due diligence, and transition planning for new deals.

Preferred Experience:

  • 10-15+ years of experience in transition, program management, operations, or transformation roles.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale transitions in consulting, BPM, IT, or shared services environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications preferred.
