System Configuration:
Configure and maintain core modules like Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, and Leave Management.
Requirement Analysis:
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations to translate business rules into system configurations.
Integrations:
Develop and support data integrations, APIs, and interfaces with Payroll, ERPs, and HR systems (e.g., using WIM).
Testing & Support:
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), troubleshoot functional/technical issues, and provide end-user training
