DevOps / Automation Engineer - CT Platform

Role Summary

We are looking for a DevOps/Automation Engineer to support the automation of manual test activities performed on CT Bay machines. The role requires strong scripting and automation skills to streamline deployment, configuration, validation, and maintenance processes within a Linux-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing manual processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain automation solutions using Python, Groovy, and Linux shell scripting.
  • Create and enhance scripts and tools to improve efficiency, consistency, and reliability of CT Bay machine operations.
  • Work closely with development, testing, and platform teams to integrate automation into existing workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts and deployment processes.
  • Maintain version-controlled automation artifacts and documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing manual effort and operational risks


Work Experience

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience in DevOps engineering, including CI/CD pipeline development, build automation, deployment automation, and release management.
  • Strong experience with Jenkins for designing, developing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in automating test execution through Jenkins pipelines, including integration of validation, regression, and functional test suites within CI/CD workflows.
  • Proficiency in Python and Groovy for automation and pipeline development.
  • Experience in developing automation solutions to streamline build, deployment, validation, and operational workflows.
  • Familiarity with Git and source control best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Linux.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with healthcare or medical imaging platforms.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with configuration management and infrastructure automation tools.
  • Understanding of CT platform environments and workflows.
