Technical Lead- .Net Full Stack

Dotnet Full Stack Technical Lead to maintain, support, and enhance AI solution implementations across enterprise environments. This role focuses on ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of distributed applications that integrate AI services, while providing continuous improvements on both backend and frontend layers. The ideal candidate is a handson technical leader with strong expertise in .NET Core, microservices, and eventdriven architectures, complemented by experience with modern frontend frameworks, message brokers, and databases. Exposure to Pythonbased services and AI/ML engineering concepts is highly desirable, enabling effective collaboration with AI engineering teams

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop scalable, highperformance microservices using .NET Core (.NET 6 and above).

• Lead the implementation of eventdriven distributed systems leveraging RabbitMQ and domaindriven design principles.
• Design and build RESTful APIs, asynchronous workflows, and realtime data processing capabilities.
• Own endtoend feature delivery, including system design, development, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments.
• Guide and contribute to frontend development using modern frameworks such as Angular or React (preferred, not mandatory).
• Optimize data persistence and performance using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Collaborate closely with AI and data science teams to integrate Pythonbased services, model inference pipelines, and MLOpsrelated components.
• Perform architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical mentoring, ensuring adherence to bestinclass engineering practices.
• Diagnose and resolve complex performance, scalability, and reliability challenges across distributed systems.
• Drive DevOps and cloudnative practices, including containerization and deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Technical Skills

• Strong handson expertise in .NET Core (.NET 6 ) and C#, with the ability to design and deliver productionready systems.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining microservicesbased architectures.
• Deep understanding of EventDriven Architecture and asynchronous communication patterns.
• Strong proficiency with RabbitMQ for message brokering.
• Solid experience working with both MongoDB and PostgreSQL, including data modeling and performance optimization.
• Extensive experience in designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Practical knowledge of Docker, containerization strategies, and CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.
• Working experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or React (nice to have).

Additional / NicetoHave Skills

• Experience developing, maintaining, or integrating lightweight Pythonbased services.
• Exposure to AI/ML engineering concepts, including model serving, inference pipelines, or ML workflows.
• Familiarity with DomainDriven Design (DDD) principles and their application in distributed systems.
• Experience working with Azure Cloud Platform, including cloudnative services and deployments.
