Jot Title: Senior AEM Developer

Experience: 6 to 11 years

Location: Pan India

Key Responsibilities 

1. Application Development & Architecture

  • API Delivery: Design and implement high-performance AEM GraphQL queries and schemas for external consumption.
  • Content Modeling: Architect and build structural Content Fragment Models to support multi-channel frontend applications.
  • Backend Customization: Develop custom OSGi bundles, sling models, and backend components using Apache Maven and Java.

2. DevOps & Cloud Automation

  • CI/CD Pipelines: Build and maintain automated pipelines using Adobe Cloud Manager, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
  • Infrastructure Management: Manage environment-specific variables and OSGi configurations across Dev, Stage, and Production environments.
  • Observability: Set up log routing, synthetic alerts, and monitoring dashboards using tools like Splunk, Datadog, or New Relic.

3. Caching & Security Operations

  • Edge Performance: Configure CDN and AEM Dispatcher rules to support HTTP GET caching for GraphQL endpoints.
  • Cache Management: Implement efficient Time-To-Live (TTL) frameworks and automated cache invalidation hooks.
  • Access Control: Enforce secure Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) rules and restrict access to core AEM authoring paths.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) backend development.
  • Develop AEM GraphQL queries/schemas and Content Fragment Models for headless and multi-channel applications.
  • Strong experience with Java, OSGi bundles, Sling Models, Servlets, and Apache Maven.
  • Experience with Adobe Cloud Manager, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Manage OSGi configurations and environment-specific variables across Dev, Stage, and Production.
  • Hands-on experience with AEM Dispatcher, CDN caching, TTL, and cache invalidation.
  • Good knowledge of CORS, AEM security, and access control.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Datadog, or New Relic.
  • Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service and cloud deployments is preferred.
