About The Job:
- We are seeking an Accounts Payable Integration Analyst to support the Global Source-to-Pay acquisition integration.
- This role will be responsible for documenting current-state payment processes, supporting process alignment activities, validating payment data, and assisting with the transition of accounts payable operations into Adobe's operating environment. The individual will work closely with the Supplier Integration Workstream Lead to support the migration and integration of payment-related processes and operational activities.

- We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in both Operations and Integration projects (Mergers & Acquisitions), particularly from an Accounts Payable/Procure-to-Pay perspective.
- Analyze and document current-state accounts payable and payment processes.
- Partner with the Supplier Integration Workstream Lead to support process alignment and integration activities.
- Assist with the migration of payment-related data and operational procedures.
- Support testing and validation of AP workflows and payment processes.
- Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with reconciliation and issue resolution activities.
- Support cutover planning and post-migration stabilization.
- Document standard operating procedures and business process requirements.
- Experience supporting Accounts Payable operations.
- Understanding of invoice processing, payment processing, and AP controls.
- Experience documenting business processes and operational procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP, finance, or AP systems preferred.
- Experience with SAP Accounts Payable, invoice processing, and payment operations preferred.
- Strong technical understanding of system integrations.
- Hands-on experience in data migration activities.
- Experience in managing M&A integration mandates from an Accounts Payable perspective.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and governance requirements.
- Extensive exposure to the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and associated KPIs.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and Ariba; exposure to GEP will be an added advantage.
- Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management capabilities.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in the P2P domain.
- Finance graduate or postgraduate.
- This position is based in Bangalore, and applications will be considered only for this location.
