About The Job:
- Support financial restatement preparation, upload activities, reconciliation, validation, and issue resolution while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project timelines.
Essential Job Functions:
Restatement Preparation and Upload
- Prepare restatement files (Excel, CSV) based on approved restatement requirements.
- Verify completeness, consistency, and accuracy of financial data before upload.
- Execute or support data upload activities according to defined procedures and timelines.
- Investigate and resolve upload errors, validation exceptions, and data inconsistencies.
- Ensure all uploads are completed accurately and within project deadlines.
- Document assumptions, mapping logic, and adjustment methodologies.
Financial Reconciliation & Validation
- Reconcile uploaded results against source data.
- Validate that restated financial information reflects approved reporting changes.
- Perform P&L reconciliations.
- Support variance analysis and issue resolution activities.
- Identify, document, and escalate discrepancies for resolution.
