About The Job:
- Support performance management digitization initiatives, project management activities, AI-led solutions, stakeholder communication, and change management programs.
Essential Job Functions:
- Project outline for the JBR Plan and support project management and leverage functional expertise for the digitisation initiatives of the performance management processes.
- Work with Vendor on all *** specific configurations on system functionalities, workflows, automation of performance principles, analytics etc.
- Work with India Tech team on design and development of the bot that will support Managers in writing feedback effectively.
- Design of feedback analysis bot with the India Tech team.
- Collaborate with India Tech team on creation of dashboards on metrics (learning + adoption of tools) and implement cadence of regular updates to LOS.
- Support the lead in driving the rollout of the key changes.
- Asset creation (playbooks, guides for People Managers, Team Leaders).
- Project management of the team leader role implementation in each LOS.
- Communication and orientation sessions for stakeholder.
- Any additional LOS HC enablement.
