We have an urgent requirement for a Senior ServiceNow Developer (IRM + CSM). Please find the requirement details below:
Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer IRM + CSM
Experience: 5+ Years

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC).
• Experience in ServiceNow configuration, customization, scripting, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
• Hands-on experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party integrations.
• Good knowledge of App Engine Studio, Update Sets, Application Scoping, and ServiceNow best practices.
• Experience in Catalog Development, Notifications, Reports, Dashboards, and Performance Optimization.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Certifications:

• CSA
• CAD
• CIS-CSM (Preferred)
• CIS-Risk & Compliance (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions in CSM and IRM.
• Customize applications based on business requirements while adhering to ServiceNow best practices.
• Build and maintain integrations with enterprise applications.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployments, and production support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
