Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and create effective test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing for SFCC applications.
Validate critical eCommerce functionalities including:
Product Listing Pages (PLP)
Product Detail Pages (PDP)
Search & Navigation
Shopping Cart
Checkout & Payments
Promotions & Discounts
Order Management & Customer Accounts
Execute end-to-end testing of customer purchase journeys.
Test integrations with third-party systems such as Payment Gateways, OMS, ERP, CRM, and Shipping providers.
Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Identify, document, track, and verify defects using Jira.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Support test automation efforts and regression test execution.
Participate in sprint planning, QA estimations, and release sign-offs.
Required Skills
SFCC & E-Commerce
3+ years of hands-on experience testing Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/Demandware) applications.
Strong understanding of eCommerce workflows and order lifecycle management.
Knowledge of SFRA, Business Manager, OCAPI, and SCAPI is preferred.
