Job Description: Grafana & Azure Databricks Specialist (SPOC)
We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in Grafana dashboard development and refactoring, along with working knowledge of Azure Databricks. The role will act as the SPOC for all Grafana-related activities, ensuring dashboard reliability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary owner and SPOC for Grafana dashboards.
  • Ensure availability, accuracy, and performance of dashboards.
  • Monitor dashboards proactively and resolve issues promptly.
  • Perform bug fixes, remediations, and performance optimization.
  • Design, develop, and enhance dashboards based on business needs.
  • Refactor existing dashboards for better usability and scalability.
  • Gather stakeholder requirements and deliver dashboard enhancements.
  • Integrate Grafana with various data sources effectively.
  • Work as a single point of contact or owner for monitoring/reporting tools
  • Work with Azure Databricks for data processing and support.
  • Troubleshoot data and reporting issues.

Relevant Experience
2 to 3 years
Mandatory skills
Strong hands-on experience in Grafana dashboard development and maintenance
Expertise in dashboard troubleshooting, refactoring, and optimization
Experience working as a single point of contact or owner for monitoring/reporting tools
Working knowledge of Azure Databricks
Experience with data visualization and monitoring best practices
Ability to handle production support, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication
Desired skills
Experience integrating Grafana with Azure services or cloud data sources
Familiarity with data engineering pipelines and ETL processes
Knowledge of alerting frameworks and observability tools
Experience in enterprise-level monitoring environments
