Hiring for Appian Developer - PAN INDIA
Must-Have
Candidate should have 5+ Years of experience in Design and Development of applications using Appian BPM platform (Appian Level 2 Credential preferred)
• Understanding the requirements and converting them into business processes on Appian platform.
• Good hands-on experience on creating SAIL, Expression rules, Process models, CDT's, Sites and Integrating Appian with external systems.
• Expertise in creating Appian Records, Reports, DB views and Stored Procedures.
• Good understanding of Appian groups, process design, security, decision tables.
• Experience with integration features of Appian
• Possesses good knowledge on Appian and Database best practices.
• Working knowledge of MySQL/Oracle/SQL Server
• Work with global teams, including business users, architects, technical personnel, to understand business processes and system requirements.
• Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical groups, both internal and external parties.
• Should be able to work as independent contributor or a team member.
• Experience working with Agile Development Methodologies

• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Extensive client handling experience
• Onsite offshore coordination
• Understand key value drivers and role in enterprise architecture
• Collaborate with Developers, Business Analyst, QA and all other stakeholders

• Working experience with JIRA
• Knowledge about Banking/Financial services industry process
