About The Job:
- SAP OpenText VIM Functional Analyst responsible for configuration, customization, integration, testing, support, and continuous improvement of SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management solutions.

- Experience: 6 8 Years
Desired Skills
- SAP OpenText VIM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP Opentext VIM, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems such as ERP and financial systems.
- Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- System Configuration and Customization: Ability to configure and customize the SAP OpenText VIM system to meet the specific needs of the organization, including setting up workflows and approval processes, IES/BCC/ICC, Document type configuration, Process Type Configuration, Logic Module Processing, Central Reporting, VIM role & template maintenance.
- Integration Skills: Experience in ensuring seamless integration of SAP OpenText VIM with other systems, working with technical teams to design and implement integration solutions.
- Testing and Validation: Proficiency in conducting thorough testing of the SAP OpenText VIM system, creating test plans, executing test cases, and documenting results.
- User Training and Support: Skills in providing training and support to end-users, creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and offering ongoing support.
- Documentation: Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Continuous Improvement: A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improving the SAP OpenText VIM system and processes, staying up-to-date with new features and functionalities, and implementing enhancements to optimize the system.
- Ticket Management: The Functional Analyst is responsible for managing and resolving tickets related to SAP.
