About The Job:
- The Coupa System Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations, support, and stability of the Coupa platform. This role ensures smooth system performance by managing incidents, troubleshooting issues, supporting end users, and maintaining system configurations.
- dminister and support the day-to-day operations of the Coupa platform.
- Monitor system health, availability, and overall platform performance.
- Manage, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA targets.
- Diagnose and resolve procurement, invoicing, supplier, and system-related issues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end users, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access within the Coupa platform.
- Maintain and update system configurations in accordance with business requirements.
- Support change management activities, system deployments, and release implementations.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system enhancements.
- Communicate system incidents, outages, maintenance activities, and updates to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and functional issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve support processes and system efficiency.
- Ensure minimal business disruption during system upgrades, patches, and releases.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for Coupa administration and operation
Required Skills
- Experience in Coupa System Administration and platform support.
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), procurement, invoicing, and supplier management processes.
- Hands-on experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Experience managing user roles, permissions, access controls, and system configurations.
- Familiarity with change management, release management, and UAT support.
- Experience using ITSM/ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of SLA management and service support best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple incidents and manage competing priorities.
- Experience working in cross-functional and support environments.
- Knowledge of system documentation and knowledge management practices.
- Understanding of enterprise application support and operational processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
