Qualifications & Skills Educational Background bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience Requirements 5+ years of experience in designing, building, maintaining, and documenting scalable data infrastructure and products in complex environments. Proven track record in architecting, implementing, and documenting end-to-end data solutions. At least 2+ years in a Tech Lead role, leading all aspects of projects. •Technical Skills Advanced expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure Cloud, Databricks, and Datalake, Advanced knowledge of databases and SQL, including query optimization. Hands-on experience across all stages of the data lifecycle, including: Data modeling, governance, and quality assurance. ETL/ELT pipelines, ADL Strong skills in designing and implementing data pipelines for cleansing, transforming, and serving data. Proficiency in architecting and deploying large-scale distributed systems for data processing and analytics. Competence in DevOps and DataOps practices, including infrastructure as code. Data Engineering Skills: Ability to design, deploy, and maintain systems for data processing, cleansing, transformation, and integration. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, data management, and data strategy/governance. Security & Compliance Ability to deploy secure and compliant software that adheres to data privacy and regulatory standards. Soft Skills o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges. o Effective communication skills for engaging stakeholders and cross-disciplinary teams. o Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities, including technical influence to drive initiatives. • Collaboration & Teamwork • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software engineers, data scientists, and business partners, to achieve shared objectives. |
