Senior ServiceNow Developer skillset requirements

Must Have

• Create and implement intricate business requirements within the ServiceNow platform.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow and demonstrate a track record of delivering solutions using ServiceNow development best practices.
• Proficiency across all ServiceNow components including but not limited to Client Script, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI flows, Integration Hub, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Scripts, Script Actions, REST APIs, and Email Notifications.
• Work experience in an Agile environment utilizing SCRUM methodology.
• Demonstrate advanced analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential; ability to work autonomously on JIRA stories.
• A minimum of 5 years of development experience in ServiceNow is required.
• Candidates should have hands-on experience in at least two modules such as HRSD, Service Portal, and Virtual Agent.

Nice to Have

• Candidate have experience working on all of the modules - HRSD, Service Portal, Virtual Agent and complex integrations.
