Role Summary:

Review legacy Interiors Supply Chain contracts and create SAP ready load files for hRC and hUTAS systems

Key Responsibilities:

Review legacy load files, meet with Contract Managers, and develop SAP ready load files, coordinate validation

Create load files from long term quotes, pricing agreements, or legal contracts

Drive load file progress through completion

Prepare executive level PowerPoint updates

Manage tasks and timelines with urgency/ accuracy

Required Skills & Experience:

BE degree with 4+ years supply chain and/or sourcing experience

Advanced Excel (lookups, pivots, charting)

Strong PowerPoint skills; able to create executive ready content

Hands-on SAP Scheduling Agreement Experience

Strong research, and communication skills

Project management experience preferred

Ability to act with urgency

Expert level of Legal technical English skills

Communicate with suppliers, track, and report weekly progress.
