4. Lead policy development and ensure consistent application across all business units.

5. Information Security Risk Management<\/b>: Oversee the Information Security risk management program, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies.

6. Monitor emerging cyber security risks and regulatory changes, adjusting the risk framework as necessary.

7. Compliance Management<\/b>: Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards.

8. Manage audits, assessments, and certifications, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

9. Program Implementation<\/b>: Implement and oversee GRC tools and technologies to enhance monitoring, reporting, and process automation.

10. Foster integration between GRC programs and other organizational processes.

11. Reporting and Communication<\/b>: Prepare risk and compliance dashboards, reports, and presentations for executive leadership and regulatory bodies.

12. Communicate GRC policies and procedures across the organization, driving awareness and compliance.
